Reports to: Director of Housekeeping/Housekeeping Manager

Location: Arena, Practice Facility, Parking Structures, Entertainment District

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position that will be responsible for the cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of outdoors within the entire Deer District, including Fiserv Forum, SSC Training Center, the entertainment block and parking structures.


  • Daily cleaning of Deer District’s outdoor locations
  • Empty and clean trash bins and replace with new garbage bags
  • Sweep and pick up any trash or debris
  • Monitor restrooms and the cleanliness of them within the Beer Garden
  • Thoroughly clean and mop Beer Garden restrooms to company SOP specifications
  • Knowledge of how to accurately clean glass and windows
  • Ability to dust light fixtures, televisions, signage and artwork
  • Knowledge of pressure washing equipment
  • Ability to perform tasks independently and efficiently, with minimal direction
  • Understand post-COVID cleaning procedures
  • Maintain positive working relationships with staff
  • Assist in keeping Arena and SSC within NBA Post-COVID Guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 2 years prior experience in a related field
  • Be very flexible regarding work hours, occasionally working weekends and holidays
  • Be able to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership and event managers.
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for length of shift
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis
  • Ability to bend over to perform certain cleaning tasks
  • Ability to repeatedly climb stairs
