This position will serve as lead contact for assigned Corporate Partners in conjunction with the Partner Strategy and Management Senior Coordinator and will lead all aspects for all Partnership account strategy, management and activation for a minimum of ten (10) Corporate/Founding Level Partners.  Ensure that all elements of assigned sponsorship accounts are fulfilled using the highest level of customer service and execution.  This person will activate and coordinate the successful service of their assigned group of corporate partners. Dealing with a diverse group of premier clients and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, follow through and handle a diversified workload.  This position must support the organization’s mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, creativity and innovation.  This position must be able to successfully lead a team and ensure the successful activation of assigned corporate partners.


  • Own the planning and execution of all assigned partners' contractual elements, including traditional media assets, digital and social platforms, in-market promotions, in-stadium activation, hospitality, experiential, and community programs.
  • Develop and execute pre-season planning sessions, action plans and all marketing, media, social, digital community relationships, promotions and events for assigned accounts.
  • Lead all efforts that will compile, report, enter, collect, forecast, and track accurate account elements, billing, fulfillment and contact information, as well as reports pertaining to proposals, contracts, budgets, and other account details into CRM and any other database systems needed.
  • Lead efforts to utilize client objectives and goals to develop and research promotional platforms and partnership strategies.
  • Identify added value and up-sell opportunities for existing Corporate Partners.
  • Collaborate with sales team on the development of new sales opportunities.
  • Strive to achieve or exceed organization and department renewal and incremental revenue objectives.
  • Partner with internal organization departments including, Marketing, Social and Digital, Community Relations, Marketing, Communications, Premium, Ticket Operations to ensure partner representation and execution within these departments as needed.
  • Use variety of methods and resources to inventively engage with, and improve partner relationships using industry knowledge and brand awareness to build business opportunities.
  • Implement, activate and track all assigned partner contracts to ensure that all elements are fulfilled, executed and reported in accordance with internal and external procedures and guidelines.
  • Greet, support, and serve current and potential clients daily and at games!
  • Support and coordinate with internal departments in regard to all aspects of promoting and handling all Business Development partners and other department responsibilities; including but not limited to, special projects and planning.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities to team and ensure quality fulfillment and activation for all corporate partners.
  • Be held accountable for the required activation elements of all assigned partners.


  • 6+ years of experience in client management, execution, and strategic planning, similar position within pro or semi-pro sports team a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other digital literacy skills required.
  • Adobe Photoshop program proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high level positions is required 
  • Strong collaboration aptitude required.
  • Experience at developing activation marketing plans, promotions, presentations and proposals is required.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Strong good oral and written communication skills and have the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work all game nights, additional evenings and weekends as required.
