This position is responsible for camera shading and color correction of in-arena cameras for Milwaukee Bucks games, Marquette Men’s Basketball games and special events at Fiserv Forum. This person should have basic to expert knowledge of camera control panels.


  • Shade and conduct color correction for in-arena cameras
  • Operate the control room robotic cameras
  • Read waveform and vector scopes of fiber-based cameras
  • Work with Gameday Director to provide the best camera work to enhance game presentation
  • Continue to strive and enhance best practices for in-arena camera operations
  • Ability to take direction and perform tasks independently and efficiently
  • Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Proficient with Grass Valley OCP-400 and Panasonic AW-RP120 Robotics cameras or equivalent OCP’s or CCU’s
  • Ability to read waveform and vector scope of fiber-based cameras
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an in-arena control room setting
  • Understanding of Scoreboard Control Room workflows
  • Be able to lift, move and/or carry camera equipment
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
  • Be able to work nights, weekends and holidays based on event schedules
  • Be able to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership and event managers.
