Summary:

The Email Marketing Coordinator will work to complete and improve Email Marketing, CRM, Lead Generation and other various projects for the Bucks, Wisconsin Herd, Fiserv Forum, and all other Deer District entities.

 

This individual will work to support the Digital Marketing team to accomplish department goals and improve email marketing and general database practices. In addition, this person will coordinate with other departments to help achieve organization goals.

 

This position will also be involved in campaign analysis and reporting and the identification, creation, and execution of marketing automation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test and deploy email marketing campaigns to various segments.
  • Monitor email marketing campaign and delivery performance to ensure optimal campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist Email Marketing team in creating and updating marketing automation programs.
  • Conduct a variety of A/B tests within email marketing campaigns to uncover useful insights that contribute to department and organization goals
  • Main point of contact for G League team for email and database marketing efforts.
  • Lead Distribution for all Digital lead generation campaigns.
  • Use and update CRM, Ticket system and Data Warehouse for data segmentation.
  • Oversee off-site data collection efforts.
  • Create web forms with marketing automation tools & web tools to generate leads and orders for Groups, Season Ticket Sales, Retention as well as contest and sweepstakes.
  • Work with Ticket Sales to create and deliver email communication.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business/sales/marketing/sports management or similar concentration.
  • Experience with CRM, HTML, marketing automation, and ticketing platforms a plus!
  • Experience with Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Database knowledge: building queries, exporting data, SQL knowledge.
  • Ability to work establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, staff, clients and guests.
  • Polished presentation skills, with an ability to resolve situations quickly and confidently.
  • Communicate effectively – written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
