Position Summary:

The Ticketing Analyst will be building, maintaining, and improving sales reports primarily dealing with the Ticket Sales, Service and Operations team. This team member will gain exposure to multiple aspects of ticket sales operations by assisting with quantitative and qualitative projects related to reporting/tracking, implementing, and maintaining processes, and developing strategies for the sales team. Ticket sales will be for the Bucks, the Herd, Marquette, and Arena Concerts/Shows.


  • Build, maintain and improve sales reports for ticket sales and service, including:
    • Sales department and sales rep performance metric evaluation, pacing and benchmarking
    • Activity efficiency analysis
    • Commissions/ bonus tracking and reporting
    • Team KPI metrics
  • Build, maintain and improve management of CRM administration and analysis:
    • Assist vendor implementations that tie directly to CRM
    • Create and maintain workflows that optimize sales processes
    • Work with relevant teams to develop and implement strategy for lead generation
  • Partner with Sales Management team on incentive and contest tracking, compensation plan structure, etc.
  • Complete data exploration and identify trends that enable the organization to improve revenue streams and optimize processes
  • Develop reports regarding optimization of business performance and provide strategic recommendations in presentations to management and senior executive leaders
  • Enhance organizational data literacy
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field preferred (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, etc.)
  • 2 years of professional experience in sales analytics
  • Sports or entertainment industry experience a plus!
  • Excellent digital literacy skills, including SQL experience, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (MS Dynamics), Archtics and Power BI
  • Highly organized, thorough, and self-directed business style, with good ability to prioritize
  • High-level of dedication to a quality work product
  • Ability to maintain relationships with key constituents as appropriate
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed given the nature of the sports and entertainment business
