The Producer, Video Content position is part of the larger Milwaukee Bucks Creative Services team reporting to the Director, Creative Services. This position is responsible for managing the creative planning and production of video content for the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum as well as additional company entities like the Wisconsin Herd, Bucks Gaming and Deer District. This position will collaborate with the video team (other producers, digital content managers, production coordinators, marketing etc.), and internal departments to create dynamic, on brand and relevant video content throughout the NBA regular season, playoffs and offseason.


  • Responsible for shooting, editing and producing high quality long and short form video content for social media, marketing, corporate clients and TV broadcast in a fast-paced environment.
  • Craft original storytelling pieces and contribute to the creative development process.
  • Responsible for helping manage internal processes and workflow, scheduling and managing people.
  • Advanced postproduction skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to assemble, edit, process, color correct, format and export video projects from start to finish
  • Perform additional tasks as needed, including, but not limited to live production, shooting, sound recording, gripping, edit direction, music scoring, color correction, audio editing and mixing, graphic design and copy writing.


  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or industry equivalent in Television/Video Production, Broadcast Journalism, Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Knowledge of the NBA and the Milwaukee Bucks is a plus!
  • A minimum of 3-5 years related work/production experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with high level of attention to details
  • Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills
  • Be willing to work long, irregular hours (weeknights, weekends, holidays, etc.) and lift up to 30 lbs.
