Herd Hype is the official interactive hype team of the Wisconsin Herd. This crew is responsible for fan interaction, live promotions, greeting fans, concourse activities and prize giveaways. They are also involved in events around the community.


  • Assist the Game Operations & Activation Department in activating partnerships and fan engagement.
  • Researching and recommending engaging activities to use during in-game promotions.
  • Interacting with crowd during home games creating a fun and interactive atmosphere.
  • Work with all departments, including Ticket Sales, Business Operations, Game Operations, Marketing, Public Relations and Community Relations.


  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
  • Comfortable performing in front of a large crowd
  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive, upbeat personality
  • Reliable, punctual and courteous
  • Ability to work most if not all Herd home games, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Able to work up to 15+ events out in the community
