Job Title:             Sales Intern – Wisconsin Herd

Reports to:         Director of Ticket Sales/Sales Manager

Location:             Oshkosh, WI

Summary:

Sales Intern will provide support to the Ticket Sales & Service departments at the Wisconsin Herd during regular office hours and all game nights.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and processing member information
  • Conduct prospecting research and data gathering to help grow ticket sales
  • Assist Ticket Sales Account Executives with ongoing sales/service projects
  • Assist with prospecting and lead development
  • Assist with tracking analysis and reports
  • Perform general office work and support

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Previous sports experience a plus!
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Be friendly, professional, personable, and outgoing.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management programs (CRM) is a plus!
