Job Title:             Premium Sales and Service Intern

Class:                    Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Summary:

The Premium Sales and Service Intern will provide support to the Ticket Sales & Service departments during the season. This includes regular office hours, game night, and event duties as needed.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage premium waitlist for shows and concerts.
  • Assist with data entry and processing member information.
  • Conduct prospecting research and data gathering to help grow memberships among Season Ticket & Premium Sales departments. 
  • Assist Ticket Sales coordinators with ongoing sales/service projects. 
  • Assist with prospecting and lead development. 
  • Reassigning leads in CRM on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners regarding premium rentals.
  • Assist with tracking analysis and reports. 
  • Perform general office work and support.
  • Periodically assist at Bucks Basketball games, Marquette Basketball games, and Concerts.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Strong customer service, multitasking, organization, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous sports experience a plus!
  • Digital literacy skills including in-depth solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management programs (CRM) a plus!
