Job Title:             Ticket Sales and Service Intern

Class:                    Part-Time, Non-Exempt

The Sales Intern will provide support to the Ticket Sales & Service departments during the season. This includes regular office hours, game night, and event duties as needed.


  • Assist with data entry and processing member information.
  • Conduct prospecting research and data gathering to help grow memberships. among Season Ticket & Premium Sales departments.
  • Manage tracking analysis and reports.
  • Assist Ticket Sales coordinators with ongoing sales/service projects.
  • Organize internal and external events.
  • Use and update CRM as needed.
  • Perform general office work and support.


  • Currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Strong customer service, multitasking, organization, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous sports experience a plus!
  • Digital literacy skills including in-depth solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management programs (CRM) a plus!
