Summary:

The Stats Technical Coordinator will be responsible for setup and supporting of computer equipment courtside for Wisconsin Herd Games in Oshkosh. The IT Event Support person will provide support for all technology related to the team, statistics, and ticketing, and pro shop retail equipment. This ideal candidate will be the Liaison between the NBA Technology and Herd teams while helping implement changes as requested. The role requires being at Wisconsin Herd games 5 hours before the start of the game, solve issues during the game, and provide teardown & storage of equipment after the game when necessary.

• Configure, implement, fix, and maintain statistics computers, stats video replay, and stats headset intercom equipment courtside for Wisconsin Herd games on the day of the games.
• Assist and support Ticket Office of any printing or connectivity issues.
• Support Herd Pro shop point of sale equipment.
• Solve coaching connectivity issues, and printing.
• Fix video feed problems for coaching staff and stats replay system.
• Provide network support for systems related to the event such as connection to Wi-Fi or network jacks.
• Setup technology & teardown equipment and fix during the event. Ensure all equipment is accounted for and in good working conditions when putting away at the end of the night.
• Develop good understand of the Wisconsin Herd Arena - Basketball setup and network including Courtside Clock equipment.
• Be onsite contact and onsite support for any Herd needs and coordinate with Home Office I.T. staff when needed.
• Coordinate with Oshkosh Arena staff for setup and tear down dates & times.
• Arrive in time to complete setup of equipment to conduct required pregame tests and check in with the National Basketball Association.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Information Technology.
• Networking and/or Cyber-security Certifications is a plus!
• Experience with LAN protocols/service including Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN clients.
• Experience leveraging Network Security devices, wireless 802.11., and following standard processes.
• Excellent time management skills, customer service, and planning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including network documentation with MS Visio.
