The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic entertainer and ambassador for the Wisconsin Herd in-arena and out in the community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all contests and promotions by following an in-depth game script that will be provided by the Director of Game Production & Partnership Activation.
  • Introduce and facilitate pre-game, in-game, and postgame content for all Wisconsin Herd home games.
  • Lead/conduct on-court contests and presentations as necessary per the Director of Game Production & Partnership Activation.
  • Act as on-camera talent for some Wisconsin Herd social media channels.



  • Demonstrate a strong on-camera presence, highlighting poise, integrity, likeability, ability to work under pressure and a strong knowledge of the Wisconsin Herd brand.
  • Creative and innovative personality with ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to create positive energy and pump up the crowd using both voice and body language.
  • Attend game day meetings and on-court rehearsals held prior to all home games.
  • Knowledge of NBA G League basketball rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction, feedback and be always professional.
  • Work a flexible schedule; evenings and weekends are required; possible Holiday games; be available for all HOME games.
  • Familiarity with Milwaukee Bucks, Oshkosh, and the team.
