Job Title:             Ticket Operations Intern

Class:                    Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Reports to:         Manager, Ticketing Technology & Innovation

Summary: 

The Ticket Operations Intern will be responsible for providing support to the Ticket Office team during Milwaukee Bucks games, concerts, special events and regular business hours. This position will assist with day-to-day ticket operations and special projects as assigned. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Archtics ticketing database cleanup and organization.
  • Assist with in-person sales at Ticket Office counter and event day ticketing resolution needs.
  • Assist with in-bound phone calls and provide general customer service.
  • Support Ticket Office Full-time and Part-time staff with daily responsibilities.
  • Complete special projects throughout the season provided by the Ticket Operations leadership team and other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a college or university.
  • Previous event or ticketing experience is a plus!
  • Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Be friendly, professional, personable, and outgoing.
  • Be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient using modern technology (Apple iOS, Android devices, specialized ticketing systems, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Teams).
