This position is responsible in assisting prep, execution and clean up of meals at the Sports Science Center. They will work within the nutrition area to provide high quality meals in an organized, clean environment making sure all players and staff are taken care of each days. In addition to their daily responsibilities at the Sports Science Center they are also responsible for preparing meals for a player and his family. The personal chef will prepare meals at the players house on request.

Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Gate Security Supervisor, ensure the safety of our guests and employees; control the access of people and items to the Center; monitor, screen and inspect all guests entering the Center to and prevent the entry of prohibited items such as weapons and ensure that safety is maintained; utilize walk-through metal detectors, hand wanders and flashlight probes to detect prohibited items; demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor at all times and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Manager of Security, oversee work performed by Arena Operation Center Operator, Site Security Patrol and event security staff. Train, supervise and provide performance feedback including recommending discipline when necessary; monitor guest activity and assist with maintaining order and ensuring adherence to safety rules. The Milwaukee Bucks are looking for a high-energy and collaborative individual to assist in managing and driving strategic and tactical projects and initiatives for the Bucks technology office. This individual must have strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn new technology and products.
The technology office is comprised of Arena Operation Tech, Information Tech, Business Analytics and Basketball Analytics. The Technology Office IT Lead will perform a variety of duties as defined by the CTO. This may include project management, vendor management, software development, business development, administration, event management and user support responsibilities. The role is located at the Milwaukee Bucks front office HQ at Schlitz Park.

This position provides the day-to-day support for all personnel at the Milwaukee Bucks Sports Science Center (SSC). He or she will be based at the SSC and shall remedy support issues and train users on our technology applications and platforms. An individual in this position must have excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. This individual also needs a strong understanding of various hardware, software, phone and AV systems supporting personnel at the SSC.

This part time position is primarily responsible for setting up technology for Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette home games. These systems include the statistics network, statistics monitors, sound metering equipment, NBA photo network, TV truck clock and statistics feeds, wired internet connections for media personnel, printers, and video connections. Setup Game Clock and wiring for basketball hoops for games. Additional IT-related tasks may be assigned as needed.

This position is responsible for the choreography and direction of the Wisconsin Herd Deer Stand. The Deer Stand Lead will oversee and assist with auditions, game-day activities, organization and execution of team rehearsals, and related responsibility and administration. Game night and in-office duties required.

The Secondary Mascot Coordinator will be a back-up to the Mascot Coordinator as needed throughout the year and is a world-class performer and ambassador for the Wisconsin Herd in-arena and out in the community. They will be responsible for working both Herd games during the season, various events as booked by the Herd, and any additional requested appearances throughout the year. Final selection will be determined through a thorough audition, interview sessions, and a screening process at the Wisconsin Herd office.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in selecting and purchasing tickets at the ticket windows and by telephone; handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding ticket availability and provide accurate information regarding current and upcoming events
- Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally; explain ticketing policies, answer questions, and resolve routine problems regarding ticket sales
- Demonstrate continuous effort to work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Issue tickets and process all cash, credit cards, gift cards, etc. received as payment; balance cash receipts and tickets at the beginning and end of each shift
- Verify, count and double ticket sellers’ drawers; prepare reports and paperwork as required
- Print, organize and distribute will-call orders
- Process special ticket orders at management request and assist in completion of special projects as assigned; assist in processing all orders including written confirmation, invoicing, ticket delivery and order batching
- Provide consistent and reliable support to supervisory and management staff, assisting with communications, organization and day-to-day activities within ticketing
- Assist Ticket Associates as needed on Buck-related tasks in Archtics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge of ticket services office operating procedures for a large scale public assembly facility
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and Host ticketing systems
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to work well with others and the general public.
- High school diploma or GED plus two years of experience working in ticket service operations.
- Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays as dictated by the event calendar.

This is a part-time seasonal position under the Herd Director of Basketball Operations. Team Attendants will assist basketball staff, front office staff, and trainers. Team Attendants are responsible for the procurement, maintenance, and staffing needs associated with the basketball staff and the front office.

The Video Intern will work along side the Video Producer (Jose Castillo) on day to day editing projects which include: BMO Top Plays, Freaky Fast Break of the Week, Community Relations Projects, and Coporate Sales Projects.

The Milwaukee Bucks Foundation 50/50 raffle seller will play an important role within the organization’s game day operations. During each home game, 50/50 raffle tickets are sold to fans with 50% of proceeds going to an in individual in the audience and 50% going to the Bucks Foundation to further its commitment in supporting nonprofit, community organizations around the state of Wisconsin. This position requires an outgoing, enthusiastic personality.

Summary:
The Systems Engineer is responsible for the day to day life-cycle support and maintenance of all storage, compute and virtualization technology infrastructure at Fiserv Forum and Bucks’ branch sties. In addition, the Systems Engineer shall work with teammates, vendors, and 3rd party subject matter experts to plan, install, configure, test, and tune technology infrastructure. The Systems Engineer performs a wide variety of technical duties which include, but are not limited to training, project management, design, implementation, documentation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, root cause analysis, and repair of all systems hardware and software. This position may require from time to time, network and cyber security skills. Fiserv Forum technology supports live sports and entertainment events and thus the Systems Engineer may need to be onsite to support Bucks basketball games, Marquette basketball games, concerts and other special events.

The Wisconsin Herd is looking to add a great addition to our stats crew that can work with shot or game clocks and the scoreboard. This position will serve as more of a backup role to the current operators and will rotate in as needed.
