This is a position that supports the conversions within Fiserv Forum assuring that they are completed within certain timeframes. This role will lead the conversion crew and will be responsible for general maintenance on the floor.
This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the team’s owned app and assists with all other team digital development assets including the website.
The Jr. Sales Associate Internship will provide support to the Ticket Sales & Service departments during the off season. The internship is focused on educating future sports business professionals on the skills required to succeed in the revenue generating side of the sports business. Through consistent training and development with members of the Bucks leadership team, Sales Associates will develop a sales pitch in which they are confident in and is centered around their personality. The internship includes the various responsibilities listed below as well as getting exposure to how the Sales and Service department operates. The role of Premium Service Manager reports to the Vice President, Service, Retention and Premium will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction and operational functions for the premium service including but not limited to the development of programs that maximize the relationship between our premium partners and the organization, exceeding retention goals and setting a world class standard for premium service. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing a plan that will assist the premium service team in hitting their new plan, premium sales and group sales revenue goals.

This individual is responsible for creating and fostering an efficient, productive, and consistent working relationship among all arena departments in order to ensure operational excellence.
The Senior Consultant, Premium Sales will report to the Sr Director, Premium Sales and be responsible for maximizing revenue with a focused approach on selling premium inventory across all events at Fiserv Forum. Core to this role is the ability to prospect, build relationships and close business while maintaining an aggressive sales approach, all in coordination with the process and focus of the entire Bucks sales and service team. The Milwaukee Bucks are looking for a driven, revenue generating focused contributor to join the organization as Manager, Esports Partnership Sales for Bucks Gaming, our franchise in the professional NBA 2K League. This ambitious and proactive individual will focus on generating and developing new sponsorship sales revenue and is expected to play a significant role within the partnerships team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, integrating and managing business growth through sales to ensure business development activities are delivered in accordance with organizational strategy. This role reports directly to the Esports Manager, while working close our business development and activation teams.

In addition, this role will be responsible for developing a plan that will assist the service team in hitting their new plan, premium sales and group sales revenue goals.
The Arena Show & Bucks Group Account Executive will report to the Arena Show Group Sales Mgr and have the responsibility of generating revenue through the selling of group and premium ticket packages for select Milwaukee Bucks & Fiserv Forum events, like Disney on Ice, Monster Jam, Harlem Globetrotters, etc.
Additionally, this person will plan and coordinate large group events and theme nights. Core to this role is the ability to prospect, sell and service numerous group buyers, manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously, and work closely with other departments on the set-up, sales, and facilitation of events.
Ideally, this person has previous sales experience in the sports & entertainment industry and a track record of success in selling both group and premium/hospitality products. Additionally, this person should have the proven ability to multi-task both in the office and at events. With the opening of Fiserv Forum, expectations for Bucks and arena show sales and service are high, which means that we will rely heavily on this role to be a leader in developing new relationships and to be a high revenue generator.
The Account Sales Executive will report to the Director of New Business and be responsible for maximizing revenue with a focused approach on selling various seating options and programs. This role will be responsible for selling Full Season Memberships, Partial Season Ticket plans and Group packages via phone calls, face to face appointments, in-arena meetings and special events. Key traits that are important for candidates to exhibit are the ability to prospect, build relationships and close business while maintaining an aggressive sales approach, all in coordination with the process and focus of the entire Bucks sales and service team.
The Night Sales Representative internship is an opportunity for current students to position themselves for a career in the Professional Sports Industry. Sales Reps will be trained and managed by Milwaukee Bucks Sales Representatives and Sales Management. Each rep will be responsible for generating new business revenue.
Under the direct supervision of the Gate Security Supervisor, ensure the safety of our guests and employees; control the access of people and items to the Center; monitor, screen and inspect all guests entering the Center to and prevent the entry of prohibited items such as weapons and ensure that safety is maintained; utilize walk-through metal detectors, hand wanders and flashlight probes to detect prohibited items; demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor at all times and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Under the supervision of the Manager of Security, oversee work performed by Arena Operation Center Operator, Site Security Patrol and event security staff. Train, supervise and provide performance feedback including recommending discipline when necessary; monitor guest activity and assist with maintaining order and ensuring adherence to safety rules. Be responsible for the day to day physical security and protection of Fiserv Forum, employees, guests, property of the Arena and Deer District Campus. Provide services related to control of access to the building, monitoring and controlling building systems, utilizing building surveillance systems monitor the building and premises. Complete daily logs and prepare incident reports as needed.
Under the supervision of the Manager of Security, be responsible for the day-to-day physical security and protection of the Fiserv Forum, employees, guests, and property of the Arena. Provide services related to control of access to the building, monitoring and controlling building systems, utilizing building surveillance systems monitor the building and premises. Complete daily logs and prepare incident reports as needed.
This part time position is primarily responsible for setting up technology for Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette home games. These systems include the statistics network, statistics monitors, sound metering equipment, NBA photo network, TV truck clock and statistics feeds, wired internet connections for media personnel, printers, and video connections. Setup Game Clock and wiring for basketball hoops for games. Additional IT-related tasks may be assigned as needed.
This position is responsible for the choreography and direction of the Wisconsin Herd Deer Stand. The Deer Stand Lead will oversee and assist with auditions, game-day activities, organization and execution of team rehearsals, and related responsibility and administration. Game night and in-office duties required.
The Secondary Mascot Coordinator will be a back-up to the Mascot Coordinator as needed throughout the year and is a world-class performer and ambassador for the Wisconsin Herd in-arena and out in the community. They will be responsible for working both Herd games during the season, various events as booked by the Herd, and any additional requested appearances throughout the year. Final selection will be determined through a thorough audition, interview sessions, and a screening process at the Wisconsin Herd office.

- Assist guests in selecting and purchasing tickets at the ticket windows and by telephone; handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding ticket availability and provide accurate information regarding current and upcoming events

- Process special ticket orders at management request and assist in completion of special projects as assigned; assist in processing all orders including written confirmation, invoicing, ticket delivery and order batching
- Provide consistent and reliable support to supervisory and management staff, assisting with communications, organization and day-to-day activities within ticketing
- Assist Ticket Associates as needed on Buck-related tasks in Archtics.

The Video Intern will work along side the Video Producer (Jose Castillo) on day to day editing projects which include: BMO Top Plays, Freaky Fast Break of the Week, Community Relations Projects, and Coporate Sales Projects.
The Database Marketing Intern will work with the Digital and Marketing departments to help meet and exceed the organization’s interactive marketing goals. The primary roles of the Database Marketing Intern will be facilitating game night in-arena data collection lead assignment and email creation.
